- Registered or intending to register for an NC(V) programme/ N4 or N5 Engineering/Business Studies
- Financially needy students with academic potential.
- Evidence of good academic performance
- should be provided.

- NC (V) Have passed a minimum of Five (5) subjects. N5 and N6 passed a minimum of 3 subjects
- Statement of results as evidence of good

Application forms are available at the Student Support Centres at all campuses.
The following documents and information must be provided:
- SAPS certified copy of Identity Document of applicant.
- SAPS certified copy (ies) of Identity Documents of parent(s) or legal guardian(s), a letter of appointment must be provided or an SAPS sworn affidavit made by the guardian.
- Parent(s) and or guardian(s) salary information, salary/payslip must be provided.
- Sworn affidavits from parent/guardian if they are unemployed.
- SAPS certified copy(ies) of Death certificates if parent(s)/guardian(s) are deceased.
- Residential addresses of applicant, parents/guardians must be provided; stand number, area, postal area name and a postal code.
- Number of family members, age and educational status of members in the house hold.
- All certified copies must not be older than three (3) months.
Please Note:
- This is a 100% bursary, 0% loan, all the bursary funds you are awarded will not be paid back to the college or the government.
- Applicants are not guaranteed a 100% (full) tuition (class, books, internet, tool fees) cover. Means Test provided by National Student Financial Aid Scheme will be applied to establish who the most financially needy students are.
- Students are responsible for paying the difference if not awarded full tuition cover.
- Students are expected to pay for registration and administration fees, enquire at the registration venue at a campuses.
